# Does the Crisp chatbox display ads

*Learn whether Crisp displays ads inside the chatbox installed on your website.*

Crisp will not show ads on your website or inside your chatbox. The chatbox may display Crisp branding depending on your plan, but that branding is not advertising and can be removed when your workspace uses an eligible white-label plan.

Crisp does not inject third-party ads, banners, sponsored links, or promotional content into your website through the chatbox.

This applies whether your workspace is on the **Free**, **Mini**, **Essentials**, or **Plus** plan.

Some plans may display the **We run on Crisp** branding in the chatbox or email conversations. This is a Crisp product label, not an ad placement.

If you need a white-labelled customer experience, read this article: [How to remove "We run on Crisp" branded links?](/en/article/how-to-remove-we-run-on-crisp-branded-links-dkrg1d/)

Crisp is based on a freemium model. A free plan helps small teams get started, while paid plans support advanced features, higher limits, white-labelling, AI usage, and other business needs.
