How can I change my Knowledge Base Favicon?
Your Knowledge Base Favicon can be seen in browser tabs, as the tiny icons with the logo of your website. It is possible to change it.
Your Crisp Knowledge Base Favicon is the same as your Crisp website icon. If you need to change the Knowledge Base Favicon, you need to change the icon (or logo) of your Crisp website.
Here's how to do it:
Go to your Crisp dashboard
In the sidebar, click on the Settings icon
In the Settings, select Websites, and then pick your website
In your Website, click on Website information
Now, in Website icon, upload the new icon to be used as Favicon and website logo
The website settings will be saved, and the Knowledge Base Favicon will be updated on your Knowledge Base
