# How to automatically hide the chatbow when all agents are offline

*This article explains how to hide the Crisp chatbox when all operators are away.*

This option is useful when you only want visitors to see the chatbox while your team is available. When everyone is away, the widget is hidden from your website until support becomes available again.

This setting works best when your team availability is configured properly. Each operator can manage their own availability from **Settings → Account → Availability**.

| Availability schedules help Crisp know when your team should be online or away, so the chatbox can follow your business hours more reliably.

You can read more about this setup in the [availability schedule guide](/en/article/how-can-i-schedule-when-to-be-seen-onlineoffline-kvso9a/).
