# How to connect Facebook pages (Messenger) with Crisp

*Learn how to connect Facebook Pages to Crisp so your team can receive and reply to Messenger conversations from the Inbox.*

The **Messenger** plugin centralizes messages from the Facebook Pages you authorize in your Crisp workspace. This guide covers the requirements, installation, and initial connection.

__Before you start, make sure:__
* **Crisp plan** → your workspace is on a paid plan
* **Crisp permissions** → you are an **Admin** in the workspace
* **Facebook access** → you can sign in with an active Facebook account that manages the Pages you want to connect

# ${color}[#0080dd](Connect Messenger to Crisp)

1. Go to [**Crisp**](https://app.crisp.chat).
2. Open **Plugins → Messenger** and click **Install**.

3. Click **Connect to Messenger** and sign in to Facebook in the external window.
4. Select the Facebook Pages you want to connect and grant the requested permissions.

5. When the success page appears, click **Return to Settings**.
6. Click **Connect Page** for each Facebook Page you want to activate in Crisp.

Your Facebook Page is now connected, and new Messenger conversations can be received and answered from the Crisp Inbox.

| One Facebook Page is included with your paid plan. Additional Pages may have an extra cost; contact Crisp support if you need to increase your page limit.
