# How to connect Line with Crisp

*Learn how to connect LINE to Crisp so your team can receive and reply to LINE messages from the Inbox.*

The **LINE** integration connects a LINE Messaging API channel to Crisp. It is useful when your customers contact you through LINE and your team wants to centralize those conversations in the same Crisp workspace.

| The LINE integration is available from the **Crisp Essentials** plan.

__Make sure you have the following before connecting LINE:__
* An active **LINE** account
* A Crisp workspace on the **Essentials** plan or above
* A LINE account plan that allows replies through the Messaging API

|| If your LINE plan does not allow API replies, Crisp may receive messages but will not be able to send replies to customers.

###### ${color}[#F08820](I do not receive LINE messages in Crisp)

Check that the **Webhook URL** in LINE is exactly the one provided by Crisp. Also make sure webhooks are enabled in the LINE business settings.

###### ${color}[#F08820](I cannot reply to LINE messages)

Make sure your LINE plan supports replies through the Messaging API. If replies are not allowed by your LINE account, Crisp cannot push messages back to customers.
