The Microsoft Dynamics 365 plugin synchronizes Crisp contact data with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Once connected, Crisp can send contact information to the Dynamics environment you select during setup.

1. Go to [**Crisp**](https://app.crisp.chat).
2. Open **Plugins → Dynamics 365**.
3. Install the **Microsoft Dynamics 365** plugin.
4. Open the plugin configuration page.

1. Go to the [**Power Platform admin center**](https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments).
2. Select the environment where Crisp contacts should be pushed.

3. Copy the environment URL.
4. Paste it into the Microsoft Dynamics 365 plugin configuration page in Crisp.

5. Click **Connect** and follow the authorization steps.
