# How to connect Ringover with Crisp

*Learn how to connect Ringover to Crisp so phone calls, call notes, and call events can be handled from the Inbox.*

The **Ringover** integration lets your team start phone calls from Crisp and receive call-related messages and notes in conversations. It is useful when you want phone support to live beside chat, email, and social channels in the same workspace.

|| To use this integration, you need the **Crisp Essentials** plan and a **Business** or **Advanced** plan on Ringover.
