# How to connect Telegram with Crisp

*Learn how to connect Telegram to Crisp so your team can receive and reply to Telegram messages from the Inbox.*

The **Telegram** integration connects a Telegram bot to Crisp. Once connected, messages sent to that bot appear in Crisp and can be handled by your team from the shared Inbox.

| The Telegram integration is available from the **Crisp Mini** plan.

# ${color}[#0080dd](Open the Telegram plugin in Crisp)

1. Go to [**Crisp**](https://app.crisp.chat).
2. Open **Plugins → Telegram**.
3. Keep the plugin page open while you create your Telegram bot token.

# ${color}[#0080dd](Create your Telegram bot credentials)

1. Open [**BotFather**](https://telegram.me/botfather) in Telegram.
2. Start the `/newbot` command.
3. Enter the name of your bot.
4. Enter the bot username.

|| Telegram requires bot usernames to end with `Bot`, such as `AcmeCorpBot`.

5. Copy the token generated by Telegram.

2. Paste the token generated by BotFather.
3. Click **Connect to Telegram**.
