# How to connect Viber with Crisp

*Learn how to connect Viber to Crisp so your team can reply to Viber customers from a shared Inbox.*

The **Viber** integration connects a Viber bot to Crisp. Once connected, Viber messages appear in your Crisp Inbox, where your team can collaborate, use shortcuts, and keep customer context in one place.

|| To enable the Viber integration, your workspace needs the **Crisp Essentials** plan and you need admin access in Crisp.

First, create a bot from the [Viber Partners portal](https://partners.viber.com/account/create-bot-account). An active Viber account is required.

Once the bot is created, Viber provides a **Token**. Keep it available, as you will paste it into Crisp in the next step.

1. Go to [**Crisp**](https://app.crisp.chat).
2. Open **Plugins → Viber**.
3. Paste the Viber **Token** into the plugin settings.
4. Click **Connect with Viber**.

Your Viber bot is now connected to Crisp, and your team can handle Viber conversations from the Inbox.

The Viber plugin can show a welcome message to users. This is disabled by default, but you can enable it and write your own message.

1. Go to [**Crisp**](https://app.crisp.chat).
2. Open **Plugins → Viber → Configure the plugin**.
3. Enable the welcome message preference.
4. Type your message and click outside the input to save it.
