The game can be enabled from the chatbox behavior settings.

__To enable the waiting game:__
1. Go to [**Crisp**](https://app.crisp.chat)
2. Open **Settings → Chatbox Settings → Chatbox Behavior → Others**
3. Enable **Suggest to play a wait game when operators are slow to reply**
4. Let Crisp auto-save the change
