Crisp offers CSV export for your contacts. This export is available inside Crisp CRM, which is available from the Essentials plan.

If you need to export conversation data to another platform, there is currently no built-in export feature in the Crisp app for conversations. Conversation exports are only possible through the API or via third-party tools such as Briskport.

Export contact data as CSV

1. Retrieve your data

• Connect to app.crisp.chat
• Go to the Contacts tab
• On the upper right corner, click on Action → Export contact profiles.
• Your contacts will then be exported. This can take a few minutes depending on how many contacts you have.
• You will receive a notification by email once the export is ready.

Export conversation data

Conversation data cannot be exported from the dashboard at the moment.

To export conversations for use in another platform, you need to either:

• use the Crisp API
• use a third-party tool such as Briskport

If you are exporting large conversation volumes through the API and hit daily rate limits, your team can request a higher limit and it will be reviewed by our team.

Limitations

• Contact exports are limited to 200K contacts (if you need to export more, please contact us).
• Conversation exports are not available as a native CSV export from the app.
