# How to Generate a Debug Link for Hugo AI Agent

2. Go to **AI Agent → Settings**
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page
4. Click **Get help from support**
5. Click **Generate Link**
6. Copy the generated link

The debug link gives the Crisp support team temporary access to your AI Agent configuration so they can investigate the issue directly.
