How to Generate a Debug Link for Hugo AI Agent

This article explains how to generate a temporary debug link so the Crisp support team can inspect your Hugo AI Agent configuration when troubleshooting an issue.

If Hugo AI Agent is not behaving as expected, support may ask for a debug link. It provides temporary access to your agent settings without requiring you to share your Crisp account credentials.

In this guide, you will learn how to:

Generate a Hugo AI Agent debug link

To generate the link:

  1. Open Crisp
  2. Go to AI Agent → Settings
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  4. Click Get help from support
  5. Click Generate Link
  6. Copy the generated link

The debug link gives the Crisp support team temporary access to your AI Agent configuration so they can investigate the issue directly.

The link is valid for 72 hours. If it expires before the investigation is complete, generate a new one.

Share the debug link

Send the generated link in your existing conversation with Crisp support.

For faster troubleshooting, include a short description of the issue and, when relevant, a link to an affected conversation or an example of the unexpected Hugo behavior.

Only share the debug link with the Crisp support team handling your request.
