If you maintain an older Muse website, you can add Crisp by pasting your Crisp chatbox script in the page head metadata. ||| Adobe ended technical support for Muse on March 26, 2020. Use this guide only for existing Muse projects. For a new website, use a current website builder or the standard [HTML installation guide](/en/article/how-do-i-add-a-live-chat-to-my-website-10wcj3l/). --- # ${color}[#0080dd](Retrieve your Crisp chatbox script) Copy the Crisp script for the workspace you want to connect to your Muse website. __To copy your Crisp script:__ 1. Open [**Crisp**](https://app.crisp.chat). 2. Go to **Settings → Workspace Settings → Setup & Integrations**. 3. Open **Chatbox setup instructions**. 4. Open your Adobe Muse project. 2. Go to **Page → Page Properties**. 3. Open the **Metadata** tab. 4. Paste your Crisp script in **HTML for ``**. 5. Click **OK**. 6.
