Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard. 2. Go to **Plugins → Add New**. 3. Search for **Crisp**. 4. Install the [Crisp WordPress plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/crisp/). 5. Click **Activate**. The Crisp chatbox should appear on your website pages. **To test your installation:** 1. Open your public website. 2. Check that the Crisp chatbox appears. 3. Send a test message from the chatbox. 4. Open your Crisp Inbox. 5. Confirm that the test conversation appears in Crisp.
