# How to remove the "We run on Crisp" branding links

*This article explains how Crisp branding is removed from the chatbox and email conversations.*

By default, Crisp shows **We run on Crisp** branding in the chatbox and in emails sent to or from your visitors. White labelling removes this branding when your workspace is on a paid **Plus** plan.

De-branding the Crisp chatbox and emails requires a paid **Plus** plan.

|| White labelling is not removed during a trial, even if the **Plus** trial shows the feature as available.

# ${color}[#0080dd](When the branding disappears)

Once your workspace continues on a paid **Plus** plan, the **We run on Crisp** label is removed automatically from the chatbox and emails.

The branding is removed after the first payment is successfully processed, which can take up to 2 hours after upgrading. If the label is still visible after that timeframe, contact Crisp support so the workspace can be checked.
