How can I whitelist Crisp servers?
Companies operating over filtered networks may need to whitelist our systems in order to be able to access Crisp.
This ranges from the user agents we use to perform HTTP requests, our server IP addresses (inbound and outbound) and our domain names (useful for CSP policies).
For domain-based filtering, whitelist the Crisp domain names listed in our Developer Hub documentation:
https://docs.crisp.chat/guides/others/whitelisting-our-systems/crisp-domain-names/
Note that some Crisp services do not support all hosting domains. For example, pages.dev domains are not allowed, so you need to host the page on your own domain instead.
If your infrastructure cannot rely on IP allowlists, prefer whitelisting our user agents, as our IPs can change regularly.
