How do I add Crisp Live chat on Squarespace?

Adding Crisp Live chat to Squarespace is really simple, just follow this tutorial!

Retrieve your website code on Crisp


  • Go to app.crisp.chat
  • Go to Settings **→ Workspace Settings → Setup & Integration**
  • Go on HTML
  • Copy your Crisp code


On Squarespace


  • Click Settings
  • Click on Advanced
  • Click Code Injection
  • Go down to the Footer Box
  • Paste the Crisp code in the Footer Box
  • Click on Save Settings
  • Start using your new live chat


You need to go to the code injection tab
