How to install the Crisp live-chat chatbox on Adobe Muse

This article explains how to add Crisp Live Chat to an existing Adobe Muse website.

Adobe Muse is a legacy product, but existing Muse projects can still be edited by some Creative Cloud users. If you maintain an older Muse website, you can add Crisp by pasting your Crisp chatbox script in the page head metadata.

Adobe ended technical support for Muse on March 26, 2020. Use this guide only for existing Muse projects. For a new website, use a current website builder or the standard HTML installation guide.
