How to install the Crisp live-chat chatbox on Bubble

This article explains how to add the Crisp chatbox to a Bubble app.

Bubble does not require you to edit your app code directly. You can install Crisp through a community Bubble plugin, then connect it to your Crisp workspace with your Website ID.

The Bubble integration mentioned here is a community plugin, not a plugin built by Crisp. Review the plugin page and test it on your Bubble app before relying on it in production.

Copy your Website ID from Crisp

The Bubble plugin needs your Crisp Website ID to load the right chatbox.

To copy your Website ID:

Open Crisp.
Navigate to Settings → Workspace Settings → Setup & Integrations.
Find the Website ID field.
Copy the value.

Install Crisp in Bubble

Use Bubble's plugin system to install and configure the Crisp plugin.

To add Crisp to Bubble:

Open your Bubble app.
Open Plugins.

Open the Bubble plugins section

Search for Crisp in the plugin list.

Install the Crisp Chat Integration plugin.
Paste your Website ID in the plugin settings.

Preview or publish your Bubble app and check that Crisp appears.
