This article explains how to add Crisp Live Chat to an Instapage landing page.

Instapage lets you inject custom code in your landing page settings. Copy your Crisp chatbox script, paste it in the page body section, then publish the page to start using Crisp.

Retrieve your Crisp chatbox script

Start by copying the Crisp script connected to your workspace.

To copy your Crisp script:

1. Open Crisp.
2. Go to Settings → Workspace Settings → Setup & Integrations.
3. Open Chatbox or Chatbox setup instructions.
4. Copy your Crisp chatbox script.

Add the script in Instapage

Paste the Crisp script into the page where you want the chatbox to appear.

To install Crisp on Instapage:

1. Open your Instapage landing page.
2. Go to Settings → HTML/CSS.
3. Open the Body section.
4. Paste the Crisp script.
5. Save and publish the page.
6. Open the published page and check that the chatbox appears.
