This article explains how to add the Crisp chatbox to an Unbounce page.

Unbounce lets you add third-party scripts from Script Manager. Once the Crisp script is saved and included on your pages, the chatbox can load for visitors.

Copy your Crisp chatbox script

Start by retrieving the script from your Crisp workspace.

To copy your Crisp script:

1. Open Crisp.
2. Navigate to Settings → Workspace Settings → Setup & Integrations.
3. Open HTML.
4. Copy your Crisp chatbox code.

Add the script to Unbounce

Add the Crisp script through Unbounce Script Manager.

To install Crisp in Unbounce:

1. Open your Unbounce site or page editor.
2. Click Settings.
3. Open Script Manager.
4. Click Add a Script.

5. Enter a clear script name, such as Crisp chatbox.
6. Click Add Script Details.
7. Use Placement to choose where the script should load.

8. Use Included on to choose the pages where Crisp should load.

9. Paste the Crisp script.
10. Click Save Changes.
11. Open the published page and check that the chatbox appears.
