How to install the Crisp live-chat chatbox on WHMCS

This article explains how to install Crisp Live Chat on a WHMCS website.


Crisp provides a WHMCS plugin from your workspace setup area. Download it from Crisp, add it to WHMCS, and use the license key provided during setup.

Install the WHMCS plugin


Start from Crisp to download the WHMCS plugin attached to your workspace.


To install Crisp on WHMCS:

  1. Open Crisp.
  2. Go to Settings → Workspace Settings → Setup & Integrations.
  3. Scroll to WHMCS.
  4. Download the WHMCS plugin.
  5. Extract the plugin files to your WHMCS installation.
  6. Use the license key provided by Crisp during setup.
  7. Open your WHMCS website and check that the chatbox appears.


If you do not see the WHMCS section or the plugin does not work with your WHMCS version, use the standard HTML installation guide as a fallback.
