How to remove the "We run on Crisp" branding links

This article explains how Crisp branding is removed from the chatbox and email conversations.


By default, Crisp shows We run on Crisp branding in the chatbox and in emails sent to or from your visitors. White labelling removes this branding when your workspace is on a paid Plus plan.



Required plan


De-branding the Crisp chatbox and emails requires a paid Plus plan.


White labelling is not removed during a trial, even if the Plus trial shows the feature as available.



When the branding disappears


Once your workspace continues on a paid Plus plan, the We run on Crisp label is removed automatically from the chatbox and emails.


The branding is removed after the first payment is successfully processed, which can take up to 2 hours after upgrading. If the label is still visible after that timeframe, contact Crisp support so the workspace can be checked.



What to check first


Before contacting support, make sure the workspace is no longer in trial and that the first Plus payment has been successfully processed.
