Why is Crisp unlisted on the Shopify store?

As a small company, Crisp couldn't afford to give back 20% of each sales to Shopify. Furthermore, we use a custom billing system which would require a lot of work in order to integrate with the Shopify billing system.

Recently, Shopify decided to make his platform free of charges for businesses under 1M$ / mo, which is great! However, we still can't afford to do the integration work regarding our billing and invoicing architecture.
