How to export Campaign Analytics from Crisp

Learn how to export campaign analytics from Crisp to analyze your campaign performance outside your workspace.

Crisp lets you export campaign statistics directly from the Campaign Analytics view. You can export one specific statistic, such as opened, clicked, or unsubscribed recipients, or export all available campaign analytics at once.

What you can export

Campaign analytics exports help you analyze your campaign performance outside Crisp, share results with your team, or investigate specific recipient groups in a spreadsheet.

You can export:

  • Opened recipients → contacts who opened your campaign
  • Clicked recipients → contacts who clicked a link in your campaign
  • Unsubscribed recipients → contacts who unsubscribed from your campaign
  • All analytics → all available campaign statistics in one export

Export a specific campaign statistic

Use this option when you only need one specific group of recipients, such as people who opened, clicked, or unsubscribed from a campaign.

Export one statistic

Go to Crisp, then open Campaigns.

  1. Open the campaign you want to analyze
  2. Go to the Analytics step
  3. Find the statistic you want to export
  4. Click the ••• menu on the statistic card
  5. Click Export
  6. Select Export current analytics
  7. Click Start Export

This exports only the selected campaign statistic.

For example:

  • Email Opened → exports recipients who opened the campaign
  • Link Clicked → exports recipients who clicked a link
  • Unsubscribed → exports recipients who unsubscribed

Export all campaign analytics

Use this option when you want a complete export of your campaign analytics instead of only one statistic.

Export all statistics

From the campaign Analytics step, open the export modal from any statistic card.

  1. Click the ••• menu on a statistic card
  2. Click Export
  3. Select Export all analytics
  4. Click Start Export

The export may take a few minutes depending on the size of your campaign.

If you only need one specific metric, use Export current analytics instead of exporting all analytics.

Export limits

Campaign analytics exports are limited to 30,000 recipients.

This limit applies to the number of recipients included in the export. It should cover most campaign use cases, but larger campaigns may need to be analyzed with smaller segments or more targeted exports.

When to use campaign analytics exports

Campaign analytics exports are useful when you need to go deeper than the in-app view or work with campaign data outside Crisp.

Common use cases include:

  • Analyze campaign performance → compare opens, clicks, and unsubscribes in a spreadsheet
  • Share results with your team → send campaign data to marketing, support, or leadership
  • Investigate recipient groups → understand who opened, clicked, or unsubscribed
  • Build custom reports → combine campaign data with other business metrics
  • Clean up your audience → identify contacts who no longer engage with your campaigns
