Hiding the chatbox on mobile can be useful when your mobile layout is very compact, or when you only want to offer live chat from desktop pages.
Hide the chatbox on mobile
The mobile visibility option is managed from the chatbox behavior settings.
To hide the chatbox on mobile devices:
- Go to Crisp
- Open Settings → Chatbox Settings → Chatbox Behavior
- Enable Hide chatbox on mobile devices
- Let Crisp auto-save the change
