This article explains how to add Crisp Live Chat to a Strikingly website.

Strikingly supports custom code injection from the site editor. Paste the Crisp chatbox script in the footer custom code area, save your site, and Crisp will load on your published pages.

Retrieve your Crisp chatbox script

Copy the script from the Crisp workspace you want to connect to Strikingly.

To copy your Crisp script:

1. Open Crisp.
2. Go to Settings → Workspace Settings → Setup & Integrations.
3. Open Chatbox setup instructions.
4. Copy your Crisp chatbox script.

Add the script in Strikingly

Add the Crisp script from the Strikingly editor settings.

To install Crisp on Strikingly:

1. Open your Strikingly site editor.
2. Click Settings.
3. Go to Advanced → Custom Code Injection.
4. Open the Footer field.
5. Paste your Crisp chatbox script.
6. Click Save.
7. Publish your site and check that the chatbox appears.
