This article explains how to add the Crisp chatbox to a ClickFunnels page.

ClickFunnels lets you add tracking and footer code to a funnel page. Add your Crisp script in Footer Code, save your changes, and the chatbox can load on the published page.

Copy your Crisp chatbox script

Start by retrieving the script from your Crisp workspace.

To copy your Crisp script:

1. Open Crisp.
2. Navigate to Settings → Workspace Settings → Setup & Integrations.
3. Open HTML.
4. Copy your Crisp chatbox code.

Add the script to ClickFunnels

Paste the script in the footer tracking code area.

To install Crisp in ClickFunnels:

1. Open the ClickFunnels page or funnel you want to edit.
2. Click Settings.
3. Open Tracking Code.
4. Open Footer Code.
5. Paste the Crisp chatbox script.
6. Save your changes.
7. Open the published page and check that the chatbox appears.
