How to apply a Discount code

Learn how to apply a discount code to an eligible Crisp plan.

Discount codes can be applied to eligible Essentials and Plus subscriptions from your Crisp billing settings. They are not available for the Mini plan.

Apply the coupon

Go to Crisp, then open Settings → Billing → Plans & Subscriptions for the workspace where you want to apply the discount.

To apply the discount code:

Find the workspace subscription you want to update
Click Coupon
Enter the discount code
Confirm the coupon before the next charge is processed

The coupon can only be applied after upgrading to an eligible plan. No worries: you can still apply it before the first charge is processed, as charges are not immediate after upgrading.

Check discount eligibility

Discount codes are only available under specific conditions. If the Coupon button is missing, or if the code is rejected, check that the workspace is subscribed to an eligible plan and that the code has not already expired or been used in an incompatible way.

A discount code usually requires:

An eligible Essentials or Plus subscription
A valid code provided by Crisp
A workspace that is not already using an incompatible rebate
