If you have a payment method expired or about to expire, you need to change this payment method and verify its link to the right website. Note that you must be owner of the website to add a payment method, and only the billing owner will have access to the invoices and card details.

1. Link the payment method

Settings > Card and Invoices

To check which payment method we accept, please refer to this article.



All the details you’ll add here will be used for the invoice’s details. Additionally, you can add an email address where to send the invoices (for example an accountant email). In this case, the billing owner and the accountant will receive the receipt.

2. Link the website to the right payment method



As you can manage several website with several payment method from the same account, you need to link the right payment method to the right website. 

You may have to unlink the previous card, then select the right card. The new payment method will be auto-saved.

Settings > Website Settings > Billing Settings



Once it’s done, you’ll be charge automatically within the two hours.
