The Discord integration lets your team receive customer messages in a Discord channel and reply from there. Conversations remain synchronized with Crisp, so your team can work from Discord or from the Crisp Inbox.

Link Discord to Crisp

1. Go to Crisp.
2. Open Plugins → Discord.
3. Install the Discord plugin.
4. Open the Discord plugin settings.
5. Follow the connection flow to authorize Crisp in Discord.
6. Select the Discord server and channel where Crisp messages should be sent.

After setup, you should receive a message from the Crisp bot in the configured Discord channel.
