How to connect Line with Crisp
Learn how to connect LINE to Crisp so your team can receive and reply to LINE messages from the Inbox.
The LINE integration connects a LINE Messaging API channel to Crisp. It is useful when your customers contact you through LINE and your team wants to centralize those conversations in the same Crisp workspace.
Before getting started
Make sure you have the following before connecting LINE:
- An active LINE account
- A Crisp workspace on the Essentials plan or above
- A LINE account plan that allows replies through the Messaging API
Create a LINE Messaging API channel
- Go to the LINE Developers portal.
- Open Messaging API.
- Click Start now.
- Log in with your LINE account if needed.
- Create a new channel.
- Read and accept the required conditions.
- Open the settings of the new channel.
Connect LINE to Crisp
- Go to Crisp.
- Open Plugins → LINE.
- Copy the Webhook URL provided by Crisp. It looks like
https://plugins.crisp.chat/urn:crisp.line:0/webhook?token=XXXXXXXXX. - Go back to the LINE channel settings.
- Open Messaging API and paste the Crisp URL into Webhook URL.
- Open Basic settings in LINE and copy the Channel ID and Channel Secret.
- Paste those values into the Crisp LINE plugin configuration.
- Save the settings to link Crisp with LINE.
Connect multiple LINE accounts
At the moment, the LINE plugin connects one LINE account to a Crisp workspace. If you need to handle several LINE accounts, contact Crisp support to discuss the best setup for your workspace.
Troubleshooting
I do not receive LINE messages in Crisp
Check that the Webhook URL in LINE is exactly the one provided by Crisp. Also make sure webhooks are enabled in the LINE business settings.

I cannot reply to LINE messages
Make sure your LINE plan supports replies through the Messaging API. If replies are not allowed by your LINE account, Crisp cannot push messages back to customers.
