How to apply a discount code?

Discount codes are available on some conditions. Here is the process to apply a discount code.

Discount codes are only available for the Essentials plan. You'll never be able to apply a discount to a Mini plan.

Here is what you should to apply a discount code:
Connect to app.crisp.chat
Go to your settings
Click on "Billing"
Click on "Plans & Subscriptions"
Choose the inbox for which you want to apply the discount
Click on "Coupon" for the desired inbox
Apply your discount code.
