How to connect Crisp with Zapier

Learn how to connect Zapier to Crisp so you can automate support, CRM, and notification workflows without code.

The Zapier integration lets Crisp exchange data with hundreds of apps through Zaps. You can trigger workflows from new Crisp conversations or contacts, then create actions in CRMs, spreadsheets, SMS tools, mailing lists, and more.

Connect Zapier to Crisp

  1. Go to Crisp.
  2. Open Plugins → Zapier and install the plugin.
  3. Generate a token from the plugin settings. You will use this token to authenticate Crisp in Zapier.
