How to connect Pipedrive with Crisp
Learn how to connect Pipedrive to Crisp so contacts, deals, and activities can be managed from customer conversations.
The Pipedrive plugin synchronizes contacts between Pipedrive and Crisp, displays deals and activities linked to a person, and lets your team create or update deals directly from Crisp.
Connect the Pipedrive plugin
Install the plugin in Crisp
- Go to Crisp.
- Open Plugins → Pipedrive.
- Search for Pipedrive and open the plugin.

Authorize Crisp from Pipedrive
- Click Access Pipedrive Marketplace, or open the Crisp app on the Pipedrive Marketplace.

- In the Pipedrive Marketplace, click Install Now.
- Click Allow and Install on the following page.
- When redirected to Crisp, click Continue.
- Select the Crisp workspace to link with Pipedrive.
Your Pipedrive workspace is now connected to Crisp.
How the Pipedrive plugin works
Contact synchronization
Contact synchronization is two-way by default. When a contact is created or updated in Crisp, the contact can be added or updated in Pipedrive. The same applies when a contact is created or updated in Pipedrive.
If you only want one-way synchronization, go to Plugins → Pipedrive → Settings and enable or disable the synchronization direction you need.
If you prefer manual synchronization from Crisp, disable Automatically Sync Crisp Contacts. Then, open the Pipedrive widget in a conversation and click Sync Person To Pipedrive when you want to add that person.

If you want older Pipedrive contacts to exist in Crisp, export them from Pipedrive as a CSV and import the file into Crisp.


Create deals from Crisp
The Pipedrive widget lets operators create a deal without leaving Crisp. Open the widget from the conversation sidebar, click Create a Deal, and fill in the modal.

View customer deals in Crisp
The Pipedrive widget displays deals associated with the contact, including open, won, and lost deals. If a contact has several deals, they are displayed in the widget. You can also configure the widget to show only open deals from the plugin preferences.

Modify Pipedrive settings
When the Pipedrive integration is first enabled, the default options are active. You can adjust the behavior from the plugin settings.
- Go to Crisp.
- Open Plugins → Pipedrive → Settings.
- Enable or disable the options that match your internal workflow.
- Save your changes.
