How the Microsoft Dynamics 365 plugin works

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 plugin synchronizes Crisp contact data with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Once connected, Crisp can send contact information to the Dynamics environment you select during setup.

Install the Microsoft Dynamics 365 plugin

1. Go to Crisp.
2. Open Plugins → Dynamics 365.
3. Install the Microsoft Dynamics 365 plugin.
4. Open the plugin configuration page.
