Through this plugin, you'll be able to customize your live chat to make it fit with your brand identity. Our live chat also comes with multiple features that will let you skyrocket your customer support.

Here is a quick video that will help you to get things started




To access the plugin, simply follows these quick instructions:
Go to your Crisp dashboard
Head over to the Plugins section from the left navigation bar
Navigate to Plugins > Customization

You can now access various types of customizations, including:
Specific chatbox color and position
Custom welcome message
Personalised header and system messages
And more options to define your business's style



Note: It's not yet possible to customize the texts for multiple locales. For instance, it's not possible to have a website in 5 different locales, and to customize the 5 different translations.
