How to change to chatbox position to the left

This article explains how to move the Crisp chatbox from the right side to the left side of your website.

By default, the Crisp chatbox is displayed on the right side of the page. You can reverse its position from the chatbox appearance settings when the left side fits your website layout better.

Move the chatbox to the left

The position setting is managed from the chatbox appearance menu.

To reverse the chatbox position:

Go to Crisp
Open Settings → Chatbox Settings → Chatbox Appearance
Enable Reverse the position of the chatbox (Show on the left)
Let Crisp auto-save the change
