How do I fix browser notifications settings?

If you can't receive notification settings because of browser settings, this article is made for you!

If you disabled notifications the first time Crisp requested the permission, you may have issues to enable it back. Here is the procedure for most browsers.

Google Chrome



Go to app.crisp.chat
Click on the left of the URL input.
Ensure the notifications are set to "Ask" or "Allow"

Mozilla Firefox



Go to app.crisp.chat
Click on the left of the URL input.
Ensure the "Send Notifications" permission is not blocked


Ensure the Send Notifications permission is not blocked

Safari



Open Safari
Go to Safari > Preferences
Open the Websites tab
Ensure notification permission is set to Allow for app.crisp.chat

Ensure notification permission is set to Allow
