How do I fix browser notifications settings?
If you can't receive notification settings because of browser settings, this article is made for you!
If you disabled notifications the first time Crisp requested the permission, you may have issues to enable it back. Here is the procedure for most browsers.
Google Chrome
- Go to app.crisp.chat
- Click on the left of the URL input.
- Ensure the notifications are set to "Ask" or "Allow"
Mozilla Firefox
- Go to app.crisp.chat
- Click on the left of the URL input.
- Ensure the "Send Notifications" permission is not blocked
Safari
- Open Safari
- Go to Safari > Preferences
- Open the Websites tab
- Ensure notification permission is set to Allow for app.crisp.chat
