How do I invite other agents to my inbox?
Crisp allows you to add other operators to your workspace by inviting them with their email address. This can also be used to grant temporary access for troubleshooting.
Inviting a new team member or troubleshooting contact:
- Go to the Crisp app
- Navigate to Settings from the bottom-left corner
- Go to Settings > Workspace Settings > Operators and Teams
- Click Invite Operator
- Enter the person's email address
- Select their role:
- Member for standard access
- Owner if they need full access to investigate an issue
- Send the invitation
If the Crisp Customer Support team asks to access your workspace for troubleshooting, they may ask you to invite a specific email address and, in some cases, add them as an Owner so they can access all relevant settings.
