How do I invite other agents to my inbox?

Crisp allows you to add other operators to your inbox. New operators can be invited by providing their email address. Here is how to proceed:

Inviting new team members:

1. Go to the Crisp app
2. Navigate to Settings from the bottom-left corner
3. Head over to Settings > Workspace Settings > Operators and Teams
4. Click Invite Operator
5. Enter your colleague's email address and select their role (Member or Owner)

Important limits and additional seats:

• On the Plus plan, up to 20 agent seats are included by default.
• If you need more than 20 agents on the Plus plan, you can purchase additional seats.
• Each additional agent seat on the Plus plan costs $10/month.
• There is also an invite rate limit of 20 operator accounts every 48 hours, based on the IP address used to send invites.

• Owner if they need full access to investigate an issue

7. Send the invitation

If the Crisp Customer Support team asks to access your workspace for troubleshooting, they may ask you to invite a specific email address and, in some cases, add them as an Owner so they can access all relevant settings.
