How to Use The Zapier Integration
Crisp is integrated with Zapier so you can automate your customer workflow. Zapier helps you to connect tools without any coding skills. A great way to use all the tools you love with Crisp
First you will need to go to app.crisp.chat > Plugins > search "Zapier" > Install the plugin
Generate a token which you will use to authenticate your Zapier connection.
Go to your Zapier connections and select "Add Connection"
Search for Crisp and select the app
In the pop-up window, paste your token you copied from step 2 and click "Yes, continue"
That's it, you are now connected to Zapier! You can now create Zaps with Crisp.
Crisp provides 8 Triggers:
Message Incoming , that triggers when a visitor sends a message
Message Sent , that triggers when an operator sends a message
New Contact , that triggers when a new Contact is created
New Conversation , that triggers when a new conversation is created
Updated Contact , that triggers when a new Contact is updated
New Segment , that triggers when a new Contact is created
Conversation Custom Data Updated , that triggers when custom data is added or removed in a conversation
Conversation segments updated , that triggers when a segment is added or removed in a conversation
Conversation status change , that triggers when a conversation moved from resolved to unresolved or from unresolved to resolve
Crisp provides 7 actions:
Create/update contact : create or update a contact in Crisp
Add a user event : triggers an automated campaign or a chatbot scenario
Create conversation : will create a new conversation and send a message
Add Segments to a Conversation: Add segments to an existing conversation
Change conversation state: Change the state of the conversation to 'resolved', 'unresolved' or 'pending'.
Send Note Message: Send a note to a conversation.
Send Text Message: Send a text message to a user with an existing conversation.
Crisp provides 2 search:
Search for a conversation : Search previous Crisp conversations using a search query (email, username or word)
Search for a profile: Search for a profile in Crisp using an email address.
Use the New Contact trigger and then link your Zap with a third party CRM such as Zoho CRM, Hubspot, or Pipedrive. Click the images to create a Zap with the CRMS
Use the New Conversation trigger and then link your Zap with SMS App.
