Link Crisp with Telegram

• Go to app.crisp.chat
• Go to plugins
• Click on Telegram

Create your Telegram Credentials

Contact Botfather and then launch the command: /newbot

• Provide the Name of your bot
• Fill the Username. The name must end with Bot , this is requested by Telegram. For instance, you can use AcmeCorpBot
• Telegram will then create a token. Save this token somewhere.

Go back to crisp

• Paste the token generated by Telegram
• Click "Connect to Telegram"
