How can I close & delete my Crisp account?

You need your Crisp account, and all associated data removed? You can close your Crisp account permanently from your Crisp dashboard.


Before you start, please be reminded that there is no coming back after you delete your account on Crisp. All your data will be permanently removed from Crisp servers and will not be recoverable. You will still be able to create a Crisp account with your email after your current account has been closed.


Before removing your account, please follow those steps

  1. Leave all the workspaces where you belong to. Go to the Settings > Workspace Settings > Operators and Teams, and then click to the red bin next to your name to leave
  2. Cancel all your subscriptions
  3. Make sure to retrieve any invoice
  4. Delete all your billing methods from Settings > Biling > Cards


If you are the last agent of your workspace, you will not be able to leave. You will either have to invite another agent to transfer the workspace, or directly delete that workspace


To delete your Crisp account, you may follow those steps:

  • Go to: https://app.crisp.chat
  • Go to your Settings by clicking the bottom-left icon
  • Navigate to Settings > Account > Account Information
  • At the bottom of the page, click on "Delete your account"
  • Enter your account email (used to double-confirm removal) and confirm
  • You will be redirected to the login page, your account is now closed & deleted
