How can I hide the "we are online" chatbox popup?

Crisp allows you to hide the "We are online" tooltip shown to visitors when your status is "online" and the chatbox is minimized (closed).

This is the notification shown at the bottom of the chatbox, such as the message that says you usually reply within a few minutes.

Hiding this popup doesn't affect how visitors see you as online or away when they chat with you. Also, it does not hide the little green circle that is visible when you are online and the chatbox is minimized.

Here is how to proceed:

• Go to your Crisp dashboard
• Head over to Settings from the bottom-left icon
• Navigate to Settings → Chatbox Settings → Chatbox Behavior → Show the availability tooltip when chatbox is closed
• Toggle this option off to stop the notification from appearing, or on to show it again
