How can I hide the "we are online" chatbox popup?
Crisp allows you to hide the "We are online" white popup that is shown to visitors when your status is "online" and the chatbox is minimized (closed).
Hiding this popup doesn't affect how visitors see you as online or away when they chat with you. Also, it does not hide the little green circle that is visible when you are online and the chatbox is minimized.
Here's how to proceed:
Login to: https://app.crisp.chat/
Go to your website settings: click on the Settings icon on the left sidebase, then click on "Websites" and select the target website in the list
Select Chatbox Behavior
Toggle off "Show the online/away tooltip when chatbox is closed"
It's auto-saved
