Through this plugin, you'll be able to customize your live chat to make it fit with your brand identity. Our live chat also comes with multiple features that will let you skyrocket your customer support.

Go to the plugins in the left Tab
Go to Customization
Customization plugin lets you customize:
- Colors, so you can set a custom color code.
- Texts, to override the default texts.
- Positions, to adapt the chatbox position on mobile and desktop.
It's not yet possible to customize the texts for multiple locales. For instance, it's not possible to have a website in 5 different locales, and to customize the 5 different translations.
Customization plugin will override the translations.
