Trello is a project management software that is used all over the world by many companies. Using Crisp, you can now use Trello from your inbox, without leaving our tool, which is a huge improvement in terms of productivity. Here is how you should activate the Trello integration.

How do I link Trello and Crisp?

You can link your existing Crisp website to Trello, by enabling the Unlimited plan on the target website, and then configuring the Trello integration:

Go to: https://app.crisp.chat
Log in or create a Crisp account
Go to the Plugins section (in the sidebar)
Search for "Trello" and install the Trello plugin (it will prompt you to upgrade your plan if necessary)
Go to the Trello plugin settings (click on the Trello plugin settings icon)
Follow the instructions to connect Crisp to Trello
After you finished configuring your plugin you should be able to configure your plugin

Once installation is successful you can see the Trello widget in the actions pane on the right side of conversations.

What does this integration includes?

Using the widget you are able to:
Create detailed cards in Trello. You can specify a title, a description, a board and a list for the new card.



Assign a card to a conversation
Search for cards in Trello

In Trello you can see which customers are impacted by a card



Receive Trello notifications directly in Crisp conversations

FAQ

I can't create card in Trello because I don't see any board

Browse to your Trello plugin settings and double check that you didn't deactivate every Trello boards.
