How to activate the Dark Theme

Learn how to switch your Crisp dashboard to Dark Mode from your account settings.

Dark Mode changes the appearance of your Crisp dashboard for your own account. It is useful if you prefer a darker interface while working in the Inbox or settings.

Activate Dark Mode

You can enable Dark Mode directly from your Crisp account interface settings.

To activate Dark Mode:

Go to Crisp
Open Settings from the bottom-left corner
Navigate to Settings → Account → Interface
Choose Dark Mode

Select Dark Mode from Crisp account interface settings

Your preference is applied to your dashboard once the option is selected.

Dark Mode is an account interface preference. It does not change your chatbox theme or the appearance visitors see on your website.
