How to Find Your Crisp Website ID
This article explains how to find and copy the unique Website ID connected to your Crisp workspace.
Every Crisp workspace has its own Website ID. This technical identifier is used when installing the Crisp chatbox, configuring integrations, generating a direct chatbox link, or identifying a specific workspace.
Find your Crisp Website ID
To find and copy your Website ID:
- Open Settings from the Crisp sidebar.
- Go to Workspace Settings → Setup & Integrations.
- Find the Website ID field.
- Click Copy.
Your Website ID looks similar to this:

This is the identifier used in the JavaScript snippet that installs the Crisp chatbox and in other workspace-specific configurations.
What the Website ID is used for
You may need your Website ID to:
- Install the Crisp chatbox → connect the chat widget to the correct workspace
- Generate a direct chatbox URL → share or embed your chatbox without installing the JavaScript widget
- Configure an integration → connect supported platforms and custom implementations to Crisp
